A fine bead and an elegant rose colour. The bead is so fine, that it seems to dance in the glass and the non the palate. Very fresh nose like a basket of small berry flowers. Fruit dominates the palate.

The attach bursts forth, before maturing into a sensual fullness that winds around itself, like a tendril of foliage. Otes of liquorice and dried ginger linger on the skin of the fruit ( pear and mango) more textured than ripe. The finish gradually unfurls and then settles, smooth, mellow, all encompassing.

This fine sparkling wine from Limoux has a very pale , almost crystalline colour, with fine bubbles. The bouquet is floral with notes of pear, citrus fruits and fresh fruits. This wine is fresh and mineral on the palate but still smooth and soft.

Bright pale straw yellow, a fine clear mousse with a very delicate perlage. Attractive intense bouquet, very fruity and aromatic with hints of wisteria flowers and apples. Very well balanced and appealing flavour with the extremely delicate almond note this is typical of the Glera grape.

The chardonnay ” Ardeche” is aged in stainless steel vats for approximately 10 months. Sparkling pale gold in colour the Ardeche Chardonnay has a delicious bouquet of honey accompanied with aromas of yellow fruits and apricot. In the mouth it is rounded with flavours of yellow peach and a lovely lasting freshness.  

Straw yellow colour, limpid and brilliant. Wideranging olfactory expression, fruity, with hints of honey and exotic fruit of good intensity and persistance. In the mouth it is dry, fresh, of good structure and with a subtle herbal aftertaste

Chardonnay with a pale and bright yellow colour. It has intense fruit flavors of apple, pear, papaya and pineapple with a touch of wood. Its refreshing, soft, balanced and slightly sweet on the palate. Enjoy with light meals , fish and seafood.

This bright greenish-yellow Sauvignon blanc displays intense citric aromas such as lemon and grapefruit with herbal notes. Satisfying acidity gives it a fresh balanced palate and makes it an ideal match for seafood and scallops.

Barefoot Moscato is delightfully sweet with lush fruity aromas.Hints of citrus skip across flavors of juicy peach and ripe apricots. A bright, crisp finish dances in at the end. The moscato is paring well with spicy cuisine and light desserts.

This lovely wine from the Antinori family is produced in Veneto and has a straw yellow colour. It shows delicate and fruity aromas which recall, in particular, yellow apples and citrus peels. It is a balanced wine characterised by its softness and ease of drinking.

An original rosé with a very pale pink colour plus grey on whitish tints. The bouquet Reveals delightful red berry scent. A slightly sparkle on the palate gives the wine all its freshness and brings out its fruit to the full. The elegant finish is pleasantly fresh and mineral.

Good fruity flavours followed by a hint of tobacco and cedar. This easy drinking merlot is very good value for a nice rounded body and as you would expect it is nicely light in acidity

Nice value !!!! It is hard to find decent pinot noir for a reasonable price, but this is a good ” drink now” Pinot with medium body, fruit forward with dark cherry and some subtle notes of leather and pepper.

This is a wonderful example of a good claret from an excellent vintage. Bottle age has produced a succulent, velvety texture.
