Visually this Champagne is a light straw colour with a refined foam, aromas of dried fruits, fresh fruits and uniquely marshmallows. On the palate you get those wonderful fresh fruits with a long finish that ends with a taste of toasted brioche.

Creamy, with a touch of sweetness, the demi-sec is the classic accompaniment to dessert or equally pleasing as an apéritif. The stylish blend is evocative of the wine Madame Cliquot herself produced in the early 19th century. Wonderfull with fruit and cream based desserts.

It offers the eye radiant colour, its nose is intense and elegant.Notes of raspberry, wild strawberry and cherry predominate followed by a touch of dried fruits and pastry. In the mouth, the attack is powerful sensual, the wine offers exceptional balance and surprising intensity.

The attach bursts forth, before maturing into a sensual fullness that winds around itself, like a tendril of foliage. Otes of liquorice and dried ginger linger on the skin of the fruit ( pear and mango) more textured than ripe. The finish gradually unfurls and then settles, smooth, mellow, all encompassing.

Medium fine mousse with floral, honey, mineral cream cherry aromas. Fresh, round, elegant palate with medium acidity. Nice creamy, baked apple, honey, nutty, cherry, peach flavours with a toasty finish. Good overall balance in a slightly more fruity style.The colour may vary from almost clear to intense pink.

Medium, cerry red colour. On the nose aromas of violets,roses and mint combined with cherries and spices such as cinnamon and cloves. The palate is fresh with good acidity, soft and silky tannins. A great medium to light-bodied wine for those who don’t like it too heavy.

A cool growing season resulted in this delicately perfumed Pinot Noir with aromas of cherry,.On the palate a hint of earthiness mingles with red fruit flavours and a pleasing mineral finish. The natural acidity makes this wine a good food companion.

This wine is made by Mouton Rotschild in Chile. Excellent crunchy red fruits on the palate with good balance and not too dry on the finish. Drinking well now. The Cabernet Sauvignon grape gives balanced wines with well rounded tannins and blackcurrant, pepper and liquerice flavours.

A ripe and expressive Pinot Noir that is bursting with redcurrant, strawberry and mulberry fruit flavours. There is a small amount of spice and a hint of vanilla from the short period of time spent in oak ,but this is a great value, expressive and smooth New World Pinot.

This moscato is a wonderful sweet wine with flavours of peach, grape and honey, balanced by a slight mineral limestone. Acidity seems lower than many sweet wines, but enough to balance the flavours. On the palate, the tannins are firm but well integrated and the intense fruity flavours persist into a complex, multidimensional wine with the classic taylor elegance, balance and finesse. Excellent with chocolate desserts or mature cheeses.
